Message: Several years ago, Dr. Moore fitted my daughter with braces. Before the fitting, Dr. Moore instructed me to have some of her baby teeth pulled. I always did as I was instructed. Either Dr. Moore did not remember which tooth he recommended for extraction or he misread an x-ray, but he accused me of not following his instructions in a not so nice manner. In my layman's ignorance, I thought there was indeed a mistake. But there was no mistake on our part. But we did not receive services that day and had to make another appointment to drive twenty five miles. If their mistake had been acknowledged and an apology given, I would not have been so disappointed as other days and services were great.
