Message: I love South Arkansas Rehabilitation. My son tore his hamstring and labrum on different occasions, so we have had to come here, twice. Matt Tharp has been our PT after recovering from surgery for both of these injuries (he did see another when we first came but I then requested Matt permanently) and he has never gotten complacent, slacked, or not been there when we showed up. Matt is patient, encouraging, attentive to detail and body form even from across the room, and he knows the right questions to ask to figure out exactly what needs to be worked on and how far to go with the work out. He’s very professional with a warming, welcoming spirit. I am so thankful you all have a staff member like Matt at this facility. He has helped my son tremendously. All the staff that I have interacted with have been courtesy especially the lady that usually works the front desk. I’m sorry I don’t have her name, but she does insurance, appointments, faxes, etc. I will forever be grateful to Matt and this positive and encouraging experience I have received at this facility through him.
