Message: I have had the pleasure to spend quite a bit of time in Southern Trace. I have recommended it to loved ones and will continue to do so. The care and concern this staff displays is second to none. I see smiling residents' happy families, and a clean home. There is never a smell, it is clean. Staff always greets me with a smile. Nursing staff is always knowledgeable and helpful! This has been the hardest year in healthcare than many can remember. Southern Trace has faced the obstacles with grace, dignity, and bravery!

Message: I have been a CNA for 9 years. I have worked in several different nursing homes. I’ve never felt more appreciated than I do at Southern Trace! Nancy and Jean go above and beyond to make sure their employees are okay. They constantly walk the halls asking if we are ok or if we need anything and also thank us for our hard work. Message: I have worked in several nursing homes including Southern Trace. There is absolutely no comparison between other homes and this one! They have so many activities, awesome food choices for the residents, caring and compassionate care on their memory unit, and their rehab and therapy departments are second to none. But the most impressive thing about Southern Trace is the personalized care. This comes down from the administrator, who not only is so involved with resident care but also making connections with the family. I’ve never seen an administrator anywhere that knows about every single resident and their families! The staff here addresses every concern and has care plan meetings with the families like I have never seen anywhere else! I would highly recommend this home to anyone that needs any services from rehabilitation care, memory care, or long term care! Matter of fact I have requested that Southern Trace save me a room when I get to the point that I need their care. I love this home because it is just like home to me!

Message: One of the best attributes of Southern Trace is the tenure of the employees. They have an amazing team of educated and experienced people who show love and give great care to their patients. They have a beautiful pavilion in the back surrounded by a flower garden. Residents can get out and enjoy the outdoors in safety. If your loved one needs rehab or long term care I highly recommend them!

Message: My mother has been at Southern Trace for rehabilitation after her stroke since March 31st. They have been exceptional taking care of mom and trying to get her better along with keeping my family informed on her condition. The staff has been wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our questions. This staff is more like a family than any place I have ever seen. I believe they truly care for all their patients. Nancy, the administrator, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help my family during our time of need.
